Well I always thought it was the insurance companies dictating our healthcare. Now with recent Medicare spending cut how some doctors refuse to treat patients on Medicare and as many as 1/3 are now turned away due to this coverage. I'm unclear how the doctors are suppose to fix this problem while trying to run/to cover their expenses to run their office. What a mess.......
