2 years post Low Grade DCIS + radiotherapy

Hi there.

I am 2 years post low grade dcis +RT. I am now 32.

Central excision. BRCA negative.

I have not yet had a reconstruction. I have had no children yet. I am having regular mri and mammo. My mum rip from ovarian @ 54.

I am considering having prophylactic bilateral mastectomy.

I have not had any children yet.

Does anyone know if pregnancy has an adverse effect on surgical sites?

I would like surgery done, but am unsure of when to get it done.

Before pregnancy or after?

But I am afraid of pregnancy related hormonal breast issues.
