Question about periods

Alright - thought I would post here.  I am 38, underwent chemo and radiation from February 2012 to September 2012, am awful at remembering to take my Tamoxifen, and since February have been in a relationship with lots of sexual intercourse.  I had my first period in February after none for a year, it was a normal cycle, March as well and was right on time, and now April I am 8 days late.  BUT my tubes are tied.  So much thrown at me at the same time I am unsure what to make of all this.  Any suggestions???
