Concerned re IBC

Hi. I was treated 10 years ago for stage 2b IDC had mod. rad. Mastectomy. Recently find I have a rash below breast scar that is having trouble going away. It is not inflamed or hot, just reddish and. a little dry feeling. I should mention I did have lots of radiation to mastectomy site. Also, Previously had an abrasion from prosthesis or bra during a marathon race. that took a long time to heal as skin is not very good in area. I think it is due to some ill fitting prosthesis bras that I got last year......but...... Heading to doctor Monday if I can. Should I be concerned. Thanks for any support.
