    Hi, hopefour!  DIEP was April 15 and I'm very proud of my new front end alignment.  Thanks for remembering!  There are still at least a couple of surgeries left to go, to shape these hamburger buns into more boob-like boobs and add the nipples--the cherries on the cupcakes--but the big part is in my rear-view mirror!
