Calcium levels

I just had my 3month checkup today, all is good except physicians assistant stated" oh, this is good, your calcium level is Down". I thought what? I guess last time, 3 months ago it was10.7. Today it was 10.3. My oncologist never mentioned this to me! Last time she said all was fine. Today I did tell him that I was taking about 1000 iu of calcium and 4000 vit d. He said sometimes that would push the levels up a bit. He wasn't concerned. Holy cow, I am. My friend , who also went through breast cancer 11yrs ago said not to worry, it's going in the right direction. If if it was serious, it would go up. I'm pretty nervous to say the least....or should I just relax, and check it next time in 3months. By the way, I was st.2 . Node negative er/pr+, her-. Diagnosed 1/2012. BMW, TAC chemo.
