SEVERE pain in chest wall and under breast

Just ended my rounds of radiation....yay. but a few days ago i started getting a sharp pain in my chest wall and and under my right breast, same breast the bc is in. i cant bend, pick up my daughter, get off the floor, or really do anything without feeling like my chest is going to rip right out of me. it hurts severely to tears sometimes. anyone experience this? cant call doctor until monday so any answers would be appreciated. wondering if it could be from radiation/meds but the radiation was only on my back....so not sure whats going on

Kao, can you get to an ER?  It's important to get severe chest pain checked out.
