Need Help with Diagnosis !!!

  back in Janurary 2013 my mom  ( she's 58 ) came down with symptons on left breast indicating a rash ( reddish brown color ) that covers most of all of left breast, nipple slightly inverted, and warm to the touch, sometimes painful when touching it etc.  She did not have any of the peau d'orange. Was put on Augmentin for 10 days that did nothing.  She has had a mammogram, biopsy, and ultrasound. No cancer picked up. Her biopsy came back with " inflammation of breast tissue "/ carninoma inconslsuvive.  Her MD sent her to a dermatologist, they have done tests ( skin scrapes ) and nothing came back. So she went to a skin cancer onocologist ( is who she was reffered too ) the doctor looked at my mom and said " oh this is inflammatory breast cancer for sure " and you need to have a second biopsy " skin punch " done. She just got her results back today and it has come back with NON- CARNINOMA  " no cancer detected "  BUT  they say again that she has inflammed " breast tissue/lymphnodes "......  

Has anyone had an experience like this ?  were at a loss as to what this is then if its not cancer ? She has to have blood work today to get more findings.  any feedback appreciated here.. Thank you !
