lumps in a silicone breast

Hi everyone.  I was diagnosed with IBC in may 2010.  Gone through chemo, radiation and about 1 year ago finished the reconstruction on both breasts.  I had a lat dorsi flap reconstruction on the radiated side only because of the radiation.  Recently I have noticed a small BB size lump towards the top of my breast.  It is not there all the time.  Actually i've felt it maybe 4 or 5 times in the last month or so.  My plastic surgeon didn't feel the little lump but did notice the area of my breast was a little raised.  She was thinking it could be a rupture and right away sent me for a non-contrast MRI.  The results came back clear, not a lot of scar tissue, no masses or anything to suggest recurrence.  She did say that in that area is some fatty tissue.  She thought everything was fine.  I forgot to say that back in end of this past January my onc. did a CT scan because of some tenderness on that side.  Also results came back fine.  Guess i'm asking if anyone else is going through the same thing.  No one can really give me a good answer as to why this little BB size lump comes and goes.   I would really appreaciate hearing from anyone who can reassure me or has suggestions.
