Side effects years after radiation

Has anyone had or known of anyone that had radiation for breast cancer and then years later have rib infection?  I had breast cancer 18 years ago with radiation, then I had a carcinoma 12 years ago and again had radiation.  In December I had an area on my right chest wall develop MRSA infection.  I have had 6 surgeries with the last being 3 rib removal and osteomylitis.  I'm taking IV vanco daily and waiting for word on another surgery to close large wound in my right chest wall.  I'm sad and very down feeling.  Trying to find someone that may have went through or is going through what I am.  Thanks.
