Recurrence of cancer in Scilla

I have a recurrence of breast cancer they say in the axilla however they are looking at a possible Sarcoma has anyone dealt with this issue the tumor is quite large Causes me a great deal of pain and I'm concerned about the breast-cancer surgeon doing the operation as opposed to either a neurosurgeon/Vascular surgeon
