Help! My sister has post MX pain syndrome

I feel so bad. I came down with breast cancer and tested positive for BRCA 2. My sister, who did not have cancer tested positive as well and had a prophylactic MX and ovary removal.

She is getting severe anxiety and developed post MX pain syndrome. I feel guilty as I was the one with cancer and had chemo, was bald and had radiation and I am doing better than her.

She even was sent to a pain management clinic but she does not want a life of pills.

Is there any successful treatment? Does the nerve damage heal? Is it forever? She lives in NY.
