Snobuni welcome to BCO. Depression is a place we have all visited at one point or another..........some of us are able to get through it on our own and others need a little help. It sounds like you are in need of a little help.

Have you spoken to your doc about how you are feeling? Or even tried a little counselling with someone who deals regularly with those affected by BC. It is very important to be able to feel that your life is on an even keel and mental health is just one part of your returning to normal life. Please, speak to your doc and see what he/she can suggest for you.

    Love n hugs. Chrissy

I'm so sorry about the pain you've been in, and the newly fractured shoulder.  No wonder you're feeling depressed.  Recovering from a bc diagnosis and treatment can be a long and sometimes depressing haul, even without those added factors!

Just know that, even though you've had a temporary setback, your body will eventually heal.  And I agree with Chrissy that you may want to talk to a psychologist or oncology social worker where you're being treated -- someone who understands what you're going through and can give you some added support right now.

I'm glad you've found BCO!   And I'm curious how you fractured your shoulder, if you feel like sharing that with us.

    (((Hugs)))  Deanna
