Back in the gym after exchange?

Hello all,

I'm a fairly long-time lurker and I'm sure this question has been asked but I'm not finding the sort of replies I'm looking for so here goes..

I had a double MX back on 12/21.  Tissue expanders were placed at that time as well. I was able to start exercising, without weights (using resistance bands and doing cardio), as soon as the drains were removed.  I got clearance to start lifting light weights at one month and normal (heavy) lifting was resumed at six weeks.

Anywhooo, yesterday was my last expansion.  My exchange surgery is scheduled for 4/26.  I'm wondering how long it will be before I can get back on the flat bench after the exchange is done.  I haven't been terribly concerned about shifting, flipping, movement with the expanders...after all, they're temporary anyway.. but I don't want to make a mess of the permanent implants.  Anybody have any idea, based on the info I've provided, what I might reasonably expect with the gym-ready recovery time?
