IDC pappilary carcinoma

My path report says IDC. 50% of it is pappilary carcinoma insitu. Other 50% IDC and DCIS. The surgeon had to re excercise to get a clear margin while performing my BMX. It says the margins are clear. My surgeon told me he went back and got more tissue to get the clear margins.



Do I need to be worried that there is something left behind? Can I get more removed during my implant surgery? Has anyone had this mixed kind of tumor? What are the possibility of recurrence with this kind of mixed tumor if I don't get chemo as there is a possibility of me not getting chemo.
