Now there's a strange bump on my "good" side

How is a recurrence diagnosed?  Biopsy?  Won't there be a chance of rupturing the implant? 

My original BC was undiagnosed for 2 years... I went to TONS of doctors, had mammogramSSS, ultrasoundSSS, was poked and prodded then told to "stop worrying about it!  It's nothing!"...

Now there's a new lump on the "good" side of my double mastectomy.  I wanna know how to fight for the most effective attention NOW!
