Home Health Care Agencies in NJ/PA Area

Hi, I am scheduled for surgery on March 6th. Doubl Mx with immediate Recon.  Has anyone used a home health care agency that they would recommend? If so, how often did you have them come or if not, how often would you recommend they come.  My plan pays for 30 days so I don't want to use it all but I am thinking definitely in the first two weeks when I get home.
