Waiting for punch biopsy results

I am hoping I'm in the right place. I just have some questions about Pagets as my Dr. isn't saying much. So if anyone can give any info that may be helpful, I would be very greatful!! About 3 weeks ago my left nipple was VERY itchy. I pushed down on it out of frustration and a lot of yellow/ clear discharge came pouring out. I was completely freaked out and did a breast exam and found a tiny lump. In the days to follow I went to the dr. A mamo and us cleared me. However the itching and burning and discharge is still persistent. I also have had a headache since this all started and fatigue( I am normally very energetic :-)) My dr. sent me to a breast surgeon yesterday who said my nipple looked more red tham the others and did a punch biopsy. I have to return next week for results and to get stitches out. I am worried AGAIN....I thought I was in the clear! The Dr 's aren't saying much about Pagets. I only can assume that's what they are ruling out based on my symptoms amd the biopsy performed

I'm only 39, and my father's mother haf bc bit she was in her late 70's. Does this sound similar to anyone who has been diagnosed with Paget's? Thank you :-)
