Lower a mbdominal pain 3 yrs after surgery

I was diagnosed with stage II HER l2 positive in 2009. I had surgery in jan 2010 and finished chemo in summer 2010. Have been taking tomoxifen since.



I started to feel occasional lower right abdominal pain at the beginning of 2012. Have had ultrasound checked. Nothing found. However this pain comes and goes , but becoming more frequent. I am planning to get a CT scan tomorrow, but really scared that it would be something malignant. Do any of you have such experience?
