Anyone else TN G1??

Hi to my new-found sisters (and a few bros too?)!

I was diagnosed in January and had surgery on February 7.  The surgery pathology report came in last Friday, which confirmed that the Icky Yucky Pea was indeed Triple Negative, as shown on the biopsy.  However, it was downgraded (pun??)  from a highish Grade 2 (biopsy) to Grade ONE (post-op).  (Not complaining, no, not at all...)  It was also MUCH smaller than they thought from the MRI (estimate of 1,6cm down to 0,4cm).  LumpectomyPlus, wide clear margins, clear sentinal nodes, no vascularization (how quickly we learn our biology NOW haha), mib-1 showed fairly low proliferation ca. 5% (that test is related to the Ki-67, I think) and low miotic activity.  The p63 and CK 5/6 whatevers were positive, which indicates a basal-like tumor?  (I live in Germany and the path report is in German, selbstverstaendlich---luckily, they use quite similar medical terminology!)

After some determined googling over the weekend, I haven't learned much about this seemingly rare low-grade TN. NCCN patient guidelines have some info and the CancerMath calculator is a cool tool, there are a few studies but that's about it.  Ideas??

We meet with the hospital team next Monday and I'd like to have a list of good questions.  I don't want to blithely accept that change in grade without hearing how it was determined.  And probably getting a second opinion from a BC medical oncologist...

If any of you have advice, tips, suggestions, websites, questions---I'd be happy to hear it!!
