Neuropathy??

I have neuropalthy. Can't seem to shake it. Its been at least a year and a half!!!! Gone to every type of Dr. Neurologist etc. Now have an apt with a rheumatologist in the next month the 13th. This is so frustrating and depressing. I am walking and getting up like a 100yr old. Plus the pins and needles and burning pain.
Please!!!! any words of encouragement or advice will be so welcome. I have gotten some great directions before, so please any words wlill be accepted and digested.
