HELP: Getting Radiation Spots/Burns in areas not being treated

Options

I started my localized cancer treatment on my left breast 3 weeks ago. I am not doing chemo. After 4 treatments I started to feel burning sensation on my neck and face. Than i got the spot on the treated breast, and than under the right arm. I continued with the treatment as per advise of the doctor and after 14 sessions treatments I stopped myself due to burn spots on my neck and face, plus numbness under my right arm(untreated side) which are obvious.  Doctor is puzzled because she said she only treated a local area.

Does anyone have any idea as to what this could be? What should i do next?

Thank you for your advise

Have you spoken to your primary care doctor about this? It doesn't seem like it would be radiation burns if they weren't hitting that area with radiation. Maybe an allergy or a skin condition of some kind?
