Inverted nipple for years.

Hi again everybody,

First, I am so glad to be here and so grateful for this site and to be able to finally communcate with other IBCer's and I am so eager to ask to so many questions.

I had an inverting nipple for many years going back 10 or more years and perfect mammograms, no solid mass found. That inverting nipple could have been a sign of a cancer but because there was no solid mass and I kept getting a bill of good health from my tests, I never considered that there was a breast cancer that presented without a mass. Did any of you have this experience? Also, I was diagnosed with atypical ductal hyperplasia in 2001 stage 0. I was not sent to an oncologist. Didn't even know what one was. I was told by my pcp I could do watchful waiting. Well, I did and voila,...I watched until I got IBC!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just wondering if any of you had an inverting nipple in the years prior to IBC.
