sore/tender breast to touch 19 months after rads

Hi, I am 19 months post rads, 22 months post chemo and 29 months post lumpectomy. My breast on the same side as treatment is tender to touch and is slightly indented near the lumpectomy site.



I had a mammo and ultrasound in September and doctor exams in October and January which were fine.



Just wondering if anyone else has soreness more than two years from diagnosis?



I had a couple of bouts with cellulitis more than a year ago and a brief encounter with Mondor's syndrome mid last year.

RAcy  Hi  Yes I thought i was just being a weenie or something but my radiated breast is extra tender still, hurts more during pms week and is sore underneath at the ribs.  I also get extra tight in the pectoral muscle and stretch it daily.  I work out, do yoga and am very active with kids and horses.  I see your pretty horse in the pic, what type of riding do you do?  I have just had dx of new dcisin same breast and am having a BMX to get this cancer out of my life.  I am very worries about not having any horse time for several month during recovery!  My horses were my best defense after the first round of radiation/sadness.  I had my two horses plus a sweet older paint rescue horse i was working on at the time. They helped me soo much, we saved each other i think.
