ibc! Now Radiation! Yikes! pls help!!!

Fist of all let me apologize for not being here for a while, ive been recovering from my surgery. So to make a long story short i was in the hospital for an infection on one of my drains, but am home now! Thank God! All of my drains have been removed, Yey! And am better! Im still taking antibiotics, but feel way better. Im going to begin my next phase in this journey, radiation!!! And well i can say that i am scared shitless!!! I spoke to my rafiologist and she said we r doing 7 weeks of it. Which makes that 35 treatments. She emphasized she was worried about my esophagus since they are doing internal mammory nodes....n well i like food and dont know what to expect...is this anything like when ur on red devil the heartburn? Also she seemed worried about my skin she emphasized that i will get boils, does anyone have any recommendations? Has anyone else done 35 treatments? My onc stated that mine were going to b a little more intense due to it being ibc. Since it attacks the skin. Im worried, and dont know what to expect. My body has gone thru so much trauma and i dont know if i or my body can handle anymore, so im considering doing the treatment for as long as i can but stopping early if it gets really painful for me. I figure some rafiation is better than none. I need any advice anyone can give. Also does my immune system drastically drop?
