How common is it to have a second cancer while on AI's?

I am 4 years NED.  Today I felt something in my "good" breast that reminded me of my first tumor.  My first felt like a lima bean, this one is more like a lentil.  I have felt so great for the last year.  But since Thanksgiving have felt fatigue, and assumed it was holiday stress. All my check ups have bgen good.  Last week my dentist thought she felt something in my neck (I could not feel it) and sent me to the ENT who agreed something was there, but was not too concerned.  He ordered at CT scan and I get the results 2/26.  In the meantime, I felt this little something in my breast.  I have my regular 6 mos. check with my rads onco on 2/18 and will see what he thinks.  Trying not to freak, but the feel of this little lump reminds me so much of the other one and I have been doing everything I was supposed to do. I lead a totally healthy lifestyle pre-BC, no famil history, so never understood why I go it, except for infertility, which I could not help.  I am super anxious, even though I had not lymph involvement, had a BSO, and feel there is no logical reason for this to happen.  My onco score, can't remember exactly, but it was sort of gray area, I think 11% recurrence, but this would be new second cancer, not recurrence.  Thoughts? Even on how to calm my agitated mind?

Im sorry nobody responded. Do u have any more information at this point? My mom is going thru the same thing. Low oncotype. No lymph or vascular invasion, and a neck lump. She only finished rads a few weeks ago but the ultrasound on the lump doesn't look like a lymph node. They are taking the watch and wait approach. Obv not too concerned.
