Anyone tried tdm1?

I know it has not been approved by FDA yet...just curious what people's results were like if they took it in a clinical trial?



I am currently finishing up the new standard of care as presented from the cleopatra study. (18 weeks of weekly taxol and herceptin and pertuzumab every 3 weeks indefinitely. I'm hoping we an add tdm1 to the mix soon!

    i am on the her2support website and there are many women who have been on TDM1, some with great results.  You many want to ask your question there aswell

    I am curious too. I just finished with my neoadjuvant chemo and my MO mentioned to me that if there is still cancer found after surgery we can talk about taking part in a TDM-1 trial. I am taking Herceptin right now, and the thought of Herceptin armed with targeted chemo sounds exciting to me.

    I am not sure what stage I am since we began with chemo, but we are guessing IIB....tumor 2-3cm and one node positive that we know of. Anyone else out there being offered the same treatment possibly?
