Advice please!

I am not diagnosed but fearful that it is being overlooked.  I had a diagnostic mammo 6 weeks ago that was benign but also useless due to dense tissue.  I had a cyst (on the outside) removed that came back as a benign ruptured hair follicle.  I continued to have pain so I had an MRI.  It was negative.  That was 3 weeks ago.  Could the MRI have missed IBC?  Could it have started after the MRI and grown that quickly in 3 weeks?  Yesterday I had a small pink spot on breast that had a darker circle around it.  Hard to see but there.  Today I have pinkness surrounding BOTH breasts.  NOt solid pink but kind of speckled under the skin pink.  No itching, other skin changes, etc.  No swelling.  Should I be concerned even with negative MRI 3 weeks ago? went o ER cuz I freaked and they said skin (not breast) infection.  I don't know what to think.  Thanks in advance.

I would take the medication for the skin infection but would ask for a punch biopsy if the redness persists.
