Hello, everyone,

I make most of my own food and take it to work with me.  It's a lot of beans, quinoa, healthy vegetables, and things that are generally wholesome.

I eat a lot of Ezekiel bread, and note it has sprouted soy.  I understand from some research that whole soy, like edamame is "okay", and refined soy, like in vitamins, is to be avoided.

Having a hard time coming up with info on that.  I surely do love the Ezekiel bread, it's so healthy compared to the rest.

Thoughts?
