Fibrosis...maybe?

Just curious, for almost a year now I've had problems with my jaw area, just under my jaw bone between chin and ear on my BC side.  If you palpate under the jaw line it is different than the other side.  It feels like tight, stretched bands and the LN's are just slightly bigger.  I have random pain that feels like something is being pulled or stretched.  Sometimes the pain radiates under my tongue on that side and the entire area is just sore.  I think it could be from radiation, maybe a type of fibrosis....is anyone else having the same problem or something similiar?

I would get it checked out.  I had some issues that sound somewhat like yours and it turned out to be a dental issue.  Somehow I had bone loss in the jaw under my backmost molar and had what I guess was a small infection.   Not enough to be a raging abscess, but just slightly annoying.   I had to get a bone graft from a periodontist, which totally cured the problem.   They told me that if I had not had it done, I would have lost that back molar within 5 years because the roots would have come loose.

Might be the same as you, might not, but there's a lot going on in that area, so I would get it checked out.

I think the parotid gland is there. I think thesecan get clogged. I think. Unfortunately i cant rember shit now. But am pretty certain the parotid is there

Then there is a dental thing thatcauses jaw pain. It has three letters in it
