I feel like I don't fit, but want to participate - others?

My diagnoses are other than cancer so I am unable to enter them into my profile.  I can enter in surgeries, but nothing more.

I would like to have to option to enter something in to an "other" box so it will be included in my public profile.

Also, I sent a private message to the mods about starting a new forum in "connecting with others who have a similar diagnosis"; something like "Prophylactic Treatment without genetic testing", since I fit that category and find that I don't fit anywhere else.

JMotk, you may want to use the Signature field of your profile to enter your unique information (go to My Profile in the top banner, scroll down to Signature, click Edit, enter your info, then click Save). Your info will appear at the bottom of all your posts after you save it - just like the italic line appears after this post.

Would you possibly fit under High Risk Women ?  As I guess that is what you are?

This whole business is very isolating, its personal and intrusive and I often feel I don´t belong even though I have a definite diagnosis etc.......
