Hope, welcome to bc.org. Yep, I know a lot of good therapists in AZ (and a whole lot of not-so-good ones!Tongue Out) I'll send you a Private Message and hopefully we can get you to some good help quickly.

    Gentle hugs,

Hopepedigo, please pm Binney4, she is very knowlegable about therapists in Arizona. About who to go to , and who to avoid.

Also, while you're in the steep learning curve and dealing with a flare: please check out our site, stepup-speakout:

In my opinion, the best way to deal with a flare, is to make sure there's no infection, to hydrate, to rest the arm, and to learn how to wrap!!! So many therapists skip that part and it is an essential treatment when your arm goes up 3 cm, to reduce it.

I found that early on in the course of things, it was much harder to manage.

Please keep asking questions, and do pm Binney
