Help for radiated skin

Hello ladies,

It has been a long time since I've posted here. I received rads 3 years ago (approximately), and my breast skin seems okay for the most part, until winter time.  When it's cold outside and I am battling dry skin everywhere on my body, my breast begins to itch like mad and the skin is super dry. I slather on coconut oil and apricot kernel oil, and a little bit of aloe vera gel, but nothing seems to take away the itch!!

Any suggestions from you ladies?
