Anyone develop Lymphangiomas after surgery and radiation?

About 3 years after completion of surgeries and radiation, I ended up in hospital with a massive bout of cellulitis. As large a 2 dinner plates joined together across breast area and up over my shoulder and halfway across my chest.  Did not know what caused it at the time other than to see 3 small red pimple like spots under my arm.  No-one could tell me what they were or what was the cause.  Months later the red spots were still there and getting bigger, and I coud see other small bumps under the skin which looked like more of them coming.

Had fine needle biopsy, to be told that it may be the cancer again.  Had a punch biopsy to be told they didn't know what they are, and couldn't give me a diagnosis.  Now 15 months later I went to a skin specialsit last week to be told that they think it is lymphangioma (about 10 lumps now) and that it is caused by lymphoedema and the effect of radiation.

I now have to travel to see specialists in the city (5 hours away) to get a further opinion on what is to happen next.  I am totally over it all, I have had so may problems along the way, I just don't know if I can handle more surgery.  I have been told surgery might have to happen.

Does anyone out there know anything about this problem.  I have been told it is quite rare

thanks Ched
