is this cancer/mets?

Hi ladies,

Happy Friday!

I have a strong concern about my tests and wanted to ask for some collective wisdom I was diagnosed with stage 2b left BC in May 2012 and am worried about mets. 

-pre-chemo CT scan showed a clacified granuloma and 3 mm nodule in the left lower lobe 

-sclerotic focus in the right iliac bone and dense punctate sclerotic foci in the left shaft

-neck hypoechoic lymph nodes

My qn is how do I know if these above are not mets and what is the right course of action at this point ?

I am not sure:( What does your doctor say? I would be asking questions to find out what all that means. Sorry I don't have any answers for you.

HI Winter Flower, do you have a follow up with your doctor? If the scans were done pre-chemo, thats awhile ago.  Did they say anything about repeat scans or how they'd like to monitor this.?  Good luck to you, I'm sure someone will be along soon with more knowledge to share.
