    joyh1109 I thought it was also promising, but guess it's not, should have heard from the PT, but didn't. I have called enough times. So now guess I will just try and live with what I have and may never know about my arm.  Don't know where else to go, sick of these so called professionals who are suppose to help.  I have a script for pt, should I just go to someone and not even mention lymphedema? As I said there is a place so close to where I live. Any suggestions, you have been all so helpful in the past.

    123... I'm in MI too and saw a great PT/LE person for an eval. They were located just south of Troy and I think it was a Beaumont facility. If that is anywhere near you I will find you a name/number.

    Sorry that you're having so much trouble finding a qualified PT!!  Could this PT be on vacation?  There are caring and qualified PTs, the difficulty is finding them!  

    Maybe somebody else can chime in with ideas on what to do.  Please keep trying, as frustrating as this is!  You can also post in one of the more active LE threads - GRRRRR - I hate LE.   There are many LE posters there, some may be located in MI.

    I just call the PT she will be in later this afternoon, she was on vacation and today it's her  first day back, knowing this would have sure help cut down on my fustration.  So hopefully I will hear back today.  Not knowing is the worst.  Will let you all know.  Lori

    Well I heard back from the receptionist, not the PT herself. Was no help at all, she only has evening hours and cannot come in the morning for me.  So have finally decided on the PT at the place so close to my house and see what they say.  I already have the script for the PT.  This seems to me the only option I have left, have been trying to find some help since Jan. 18 (my arm and the swelling was there before that) I just need some relief for my arm.
