Clinical Trials and Treatment options for STAGE IA

i am to discuss options with my oncologist and i have a new appointment because i am not happy just to take tamoxifen. i know this has been discussed a lot in past threads, but i am meeting tomorrow so need some advice because i don't think i can go through all the threads or the clinical trials online before meeting.

I would like to know:

A. The BIG clinical trials that are affecting Stage 1a women or that stage 1a women can participate in.

(for example, i know of TAILORx). Are there any other big ones that directly affect stage 1a or premenopausal women?

B. What are treatment options and decisions I can consider with doctor for stage 1a/perimenopausal.

(From these boards I already hear of Zometa. is there anything else i should considering  such as other drugs or ovarian suppression?) 

Thanks if anyone can help me. im desperate at ht e moment. everytime i read these boards everyone knows so much. i know so little. i would like to pursue any  options out there that might help.
