Soooo my back pain drama went away..Feeling great... About a month ago I found a lump in my right breast. It's about a half inch above my nipple. Its like a perfect hard round pea or small marble. I am going to see the oncologist in 2 weeks but here is what she told me:

The chance of a 2nd cancer in your other breast is 2-6% over a life time!  6% if done by bad doc at a county hospital and closer to 2% if done by good surgeoun. I had a good surgeoun. I just had a masectomy on this breast about 14 months ago. So in 14 months a new bc would have to have grown. Also, 10 months ago I had the exchange surgery where they placed the implant in with fat grafting so I assume he would have seen something then. My surgical report showed no cancer when they did the masectomy.  Anyway so 99.9% chance it's a stich or fat grafting. Also, my doctor said bc shows up near or on the scar line. This isn't near the scar line. My scar runs under the breast.

Has anyone ever had this after the implant/fat grafting surgery? Does this sound like a second breast cancer?

    Thank you for your help:)

I haven't had that but I had a breast reduction on non-cancer side at time of mastectomy.  I would bet that what you have is fat necrosis from fat grafting.  I have lots of fat necrosis on reduction side and have multiple areas of very hard smooth lumps.  I have been imaged several times over the 2 1/2 years.  The areas have definitely softened over time and are less prominent on imaging.  I suspect that fat grafting is associated with fat necrosis.  I would have it checked out, but I wouldn't worry.  I bet it is ok.
