This is one of the more promising articles that I've read in a while.  Even though they still need to work on the agent, they have at least discovered what makes the lesions travel; and also grow while in other parts of the body.  It appears that they're working on this steadily so hopefully they'll put something on the market soon!

...They found that miR-708 acts as a metastatic tumor inhibitor, and when its function is restored, the tumors do not spread or form lethal macrometastases.

...According to researchers, if such agents were developed, they would perhaps be the first to specifically treat cancer metastasis, importantly in patients whose tumors have already spread.

Yes, hope. I'm not even sure this would be a treatment only for triple negative, although if I understand the article, this particular study was done on triple negative cells. It sounds to me as if the same basic mechanism may also be what enbles some other cancers to metastasize.

Oh boy it surd would be great to get some of this tx into the clinics in a hurry.i just wish they the 5 year studys could be spead up
