Anyone else use a Magic Bullet?

I don't want to sound like an info-mercial but this little blender is really neat.  I had a large one which took up so much counter top space that I was impressed with this smaller compact  blender.  It is so easy to use and clean after I make my green smoothies for breakfast.  I can highly recommend if you are considering one.

I don't have one yet, but if I keep staying up all night watching all them info-mercials I'm sure I will soon. It looks like it would be fun to use.

    cp418 -

They have a Magic Bullet at our weigh-management class, but every time they blend a shake with ice cubes, the drink is still crunchy. Are they just not blending it long enough?

It was for that reason I bought a VitaMix. It could pulverize cinder blocks. Unfortunately, like you say, it takes up a ton of space on the counter.

I haven't added ice to my smoothies just fruit, kale, and cold carrot juice for the liquid part.  I know it came with a separate blade for chopping nuts but I haven't tried it.  I'm a 'basic' user.

I recently saw that infomercial and was interested in trying it.  I've been making smoothies in my blender for the kids and I and have been adding flax seed...very grainy and of course my picky eater son noticed.  I blamed it on the berry seeds Laughing
