Implants for treatment - saline or silicone

I'm having my surgery 1/18/13 and have one more meeting 1/7/13 with my plastic surgeon to decide what type of implant.  I've been researching the implants but am confused to which to pick.  It seems like there is decision after decision throughout this process.  It's great to be in control of the options, but overwhelming none the less.  Does anyone have any recommendations or can you tell me your story of what you chose and why?
