Callanetics, T-Tapp, Tai Chi...does anybody out there do them?

I am looking for an exercise to help me with fitness and flexibility.  I have LE and severe sore joints (especially knees) from armidex.  I feel like I have no flexibility anymore.  I just wondered if anyone had tried callanetics, t-tapp or Tai Chi and what they thought of them and what they thought they gained from doing them? Thanks.

I know that this is a very old post, but I have started my T-tapp again, and I am feeling great.  It has all levels of skill and right now I am doing the t-tapp more program.  I always lose weight on it, and it only takes 15-20 min. per day.  there are free exercises on the t-tapp.com site, and on youtube.

Glad to here T-Tapp works for you.  I ended up ordering the More program as well but had to stop it due to my severe knee joint pain.  I ordered the Beginning Callanetic DVD to see if I am going to be able to do it.  It is really frustrating what the aromatase inhibitors have done to my ability to exercise and just plain move but I am trying to make it through the last 14 months of having to take them.
