Going back to work??

Underwent lumpectomy with 3 lymph nodes removed last week (right breast, right-handed.) I'm a Physical Therapist, in an outpatient orthopedic clinic, with increased use of both arms required, all day long. My doc recommended 3 weeks off for me. I'm worried that I may not be ready for my full-time schedule. My pain has been manageable with ice, though my activity level has been very light since surgery. Anyone have issues going back to a job with physical demands so early on? I also wonder how practical it is to work while undergoing chemo. I am around a lot of people, and I know my immune system will likely be weaker during that time. Any input is appreciated. Thanks, Ladies!
