Sweet Syndrome

I have had Sweet Syndrome twice. The first time was after my first TCH treatment ( pustules across chest;shoulder pain) and it looks like I have another pustule now. I had my last treatment 4 weeks ago.

I am concerned as Sweets syndrome can be associated with other tumors. My question is has anyone who has had TCH and is clear after a few years, had Sweets. Have others had Sweets and been found to have other tumors? I have not had any scans.
