Ladies......spoke to Blondie..........I put somehting on Goddesses for all of you to read.........go there or in case you don't.......she is doing ok.....in pain......on meds..........got screws and 2 plates put in her foot......there were 4 broken places when they got inside.
Not sure if she will be able to go home........no one to take care of her.......she might ask about Rehab which is on the 4th floor of the hospital........told her that might be her best bet.........at least theree wll be someone with her all he time.........her balance is very bad, and that is how she fell in the first place.
If she can't keep her balance how the hell is she going to function on one foot.....will keep you all in the loop
Told her you all asked for her and send your love and prayers........she was so happy to hear that.........said we are all syuch wonderful ladies.........
But we knew that........right........LOL

I'm hoping no news is good news Kracker!! Thinking of you!!
Blondie, if you are reading this, we all miss you very much and can't wait for you to come back!
-
Update.................Blondie just sent me a message.......she is going to Rehab which is upstairs in the hospital.......she could be there anywhere from 7 to 14 days depending on Social Services.....
She will have to be off the foot for 7 to 8 weeks........they said they could put a hospital bed in her living room, but what good is that......she has to eat, and he balance sucks ....this is why this happend to begin with.
So I told her she made the right choice.......actually I encouraged her to do it........glad she did.....willl keep you posted......
They were able to lower her pain meds.
-
Thanks for the update Ducky. You're the best!!
