Miss Teka...I know and I am so excited!

Di, If I remember correctly, hemocromotosis lab results show low iron when it isn't, just bound to some other component in blood. Crazy. Both parents of patient have to be carriers, as is my sister and her husband. I remember it took a very long time to diagnose my sister's first child. I should refresh my memory before I talk about it. Jan -
Jan very interesting I have never heard or can pronounce that in my life.
Chickadeeeee some good news coming u'r way--I'm so happy, u've had a rough time for so long and December will be wonderful for u. -
Holyguacamole - I turn my back for 5 minutes and my hooliebuddies twist and turn down so many new roads I have cognitive windburn.

I'm still in Hospice orientation but am no longer a Hospice Virgin - I had my first pt today. Took me 2 hours to chart. Very grateful to be doing what I am supposed to be doin. -
BTW Ally - I think you look really cute. -
Just when you thought Taco's couldn't get any better!
I made a BLT pizza the other night! I think a BLT Taco looks even better!
GG.... You talked about helping DH lift something heavy! Yes, I KNOW! We thought we had to wait for a neighbor to come over, to help us lift the wooden box swamp-cooler cover back on top of the cooler, for the winter. But we managed to scoot it out, block up one end on bricks, then tip it back to block up other end, so we could get out hands under it, and we DID it! Two old folks out there acting like goofy 20 year old kids! But we did it.... and didn't even hurt anything... THAT was the best part...:)
Chickers! You sound so much better! That makes us all happy!
So Good Morning to you all! DD will bring her "new" used car over for us to see today! Remember she got that old clunker ran into? Well her big Sister is helping her get a much better one....! I mean one with defrosters, a heater and air conditioning... and one with no leaks! So I helped her even MORE! It makes us feel so good! She is getting a 2006 Toyota Corolla, AUTOMATIC!!! DANG! She and I both drive sticks, so she is pretty excited.
Yes Shells.... thinking of Blondie! -
I'm bbbaaaacccckkkkkk. I'll keep turning up just like a bad penny.
Shells, I don't know if I told you, but we're not going to Oahu this trip. We are going straight to Maui. I thimk your idea for a get together in Hawaii would be great though. Like you said if it's planned far enough ahead....
To whomever said they need to get a colonoscopy... so do I. II've been putting it off. My grandpa died of colon cancer, dad of prostrate cancer and grandma and aunt of breast cancer. My mom had it too, but she died of anaphylactic shock.

Teka
Where's GG post removed? -
Hi sas. They put it back.
-
Okay, Sass! I was just going to post about your hands! I meant to ask, is the problem with your hands both top and bottom? Mine was just the tops of my fingers...And mine ARE much better. Did they diagnose it as Eczema? Or just the general stuff, meaning they don't have a clue? -
Helllloooooo everyone--even Chevy
I do hope we hear about Blondie soon.
And Shell u sound happy doing what u do--It's so wonderful;, cuz u worked so hard at such a difficult time.
GG - the bad penny--I saw u'r posts and I have no idea why any one of them would be monitored--I must have missed something along the way. What a nice trip u'r taking---OOOHHHH
Chevy be happy u didn't hurt u'rselves--u know u'r not 20, 30, 40, 50, oh I can't go any higher but u know u are, and yes me to so be careful -
