Reccurrence---Are there warning signs besides another lump?

I was diagnosed with Stage I IDG in July 11, had lumpectomy Aug 11, did chemo and rads.  finished all treatments in early May.  I have been doing great.  Started back teaching elem. school in Aug. 2012, rocking along pretty good.  All of the sudden I am so tired, the limb numbness is worse and it was going away so well.  I had to switch from Tamox to Anastrazole about a month ago due to extreme joint pain.  Any ideas?

My recurrence was an itchy breast symptom.  One breast, same one as before, itched constantly....so badly.  And I had a sharp pain that would come from deep within the breast and shoot straight out the nipple.  I should have known it was back but waited until my next mammogram to confirm.
