Here's an important new site from Dr. Susan Love. She's launched the Health of Women Study for all women and men, with and without breast cancer. The study will be tracking us over time with online questionnaires regarding our health. So far, they have 29,162 participants. Shayne, Thank you for posting this link.  Hopefully this study will bear fruit in finding the cause of breast cancer/ability to prevent it.

Mine, too, especially since I have 2 daughters, 31 and 27.  I'd do most anything to keep them from having to go through what we've been through.  In light of the recent articles about over-reacting to mammogram/ultrasound results, I'd especially like to see research done on what cancers could be ignored because they won't develop.  Right now, no one knows how or which cancers will stay dormant and which will "go wild".  Until that can be determined, there will be over-treatment.  I didn't want to take any chances and "wait and see" what happened in my right breast.  Good thing I decided for the prophylactic on the right, which didn't turn out to be so prophyactic.

Well, duh....come to find out, I'd already taken that one, plus one other survey two months ago. I wonder if there were any questions on there about memory?
