Dating After A Mastectomy

Hi,
I've been a lurker and am finally "going public". Maybe I need a support group but can't face people face to face yet. I haven't told anyone that I have cancer except a few out of state friends. Sometimes that makes it hard.
I was just wondering how you deal with dating? I was diagnosed with cancer at 30, am 32 now and taking tamoxifen. It's been a long road, and I look like frankenstein's monster. I have stitches across my stomach from a failed diep reconstruction, no right breast, and many scards along my right breast/chest area from multiple surgeries.
How do you ever meet anyone? Date? Have sex again? I feel like I'll be single and a "born again" virgin forever.
