Cheap Silicone Foobs?

Options

I was looking for somethng on Amazon yesterday and put in "mastectomy" on a lark. Amazon US carries a range of silicone foobs intended for the cross-dresser market. They are cheap and have nipples (why, of course!) and I thought that they might be a really good and inexpensive choice for those wanting to "play" with the option. Besides, I never could understand why two blobs of silicone had to cost 600 bucks. Personally I also got a kick out of the cross-dressing angle :) Has anyone tried these?

    Hi Momine,

I've explored several of the cross dresser sites and looked at the forms I think you're describing. I believe one big difference is that these forms are heavier, though if you wear small forms that might not be a problem for you. There's one website (where I've purchased Silique lightweight forms) called TrueKare.com that carries both "TG/CD" (cross dresser) forms and "Mastectomy Breast Forms." Nearly Me makes the Transform breast forms found in the cross dresser section, as well as a line of post-mastectomy forms. Among the post-mastectomy forms, the Silique Deluxe Triange form is very inexpensive (I see that it's also offered in the TG/CD section). So, there definitely are affordable silicone forms out there. Since this website carries forms intended both for cross dressers and post-mastectomy women, you might email them and ask about the differences (their email can be found in the contact section).

    Hope this helps!

    Barbara
